Appointment of the Members of the Management Board of Alior Bank S.A.for the new term
The Management Board of Alior Bank Spółka Akcyjna (_quot;Bank_quot;) herebyinforms that the Bank's Supervisory Board appointed on December 13,2023, the following persons to the Bank's Management Board for thethree-year joint VI-term of office, starting on January 1, 2024:
• Grzegorz Olszewski for the position of President of the Bank'sManagement Board,
• Paweł Broniewski for the position of Vice-President of the Bank'sManagement Board,
• Radomir Gibała for the position of Vice-President of the Bank'sManagement Board,
• Szymon Kamiński for the position of Vice-President of the Bank'sManagement Board,
• Rafał Litwińczuk for the position of Vice-President of the Bank'sManagement Board,
• Tomasz Miklas for the position of Vice-President of the Bank'sManagement Board, supervising the management of significant risk in theBank's operations,
• Jacek Polańczyk for the position of Vice-President of the Bank'sManagement Board,
• Paweł Tymczyszyn for the position of Vice-President of the Bank'sManagement Board.
Biographical notes of the appointed Members of the Management Board arepresented in the attachment to this report.
According to the submitted statements, the appointed members of theBank's Management Board do not perform any activity competitive to theBank and do not participate in competitive entities as partners in civilor personal partnerships, or as members of the corporate bodies ofcapital companies or other competitive legal entities.
According to the submitted statements, the appointed members of theBank's Management Board are also not registered in the National Registerof Debtors kept on the basis of the Act of December 6, 2018, on theNational Register of Debtors.
Legal basis: § 5 para 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance ofMarch 29, 2018, on current and periodic information published by issuersof securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state.
