By Starcom Holding AD:

• On December 11, 2023 – Initial sale under a contract for a repo transaction with 6,297,000 shares at a unit price of BGN 0.775 and maturity under the contract – March 22, 2024 at a unit price of BGN 0.799;

• On December 12, 2023 – Initial sale under a contract for a repo transaction with 8,928,600 shares at a unit price of BGN 1.12 and maturity under the contract – June 6, 2024 at a unit price of BGN 1.154.
