Content:

Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. (the _quot;Company_quot;) informs that inthe quarterly report for the third quarter of 2023 published by theCompany on November 7, 2023, there was an error in the data shown insection the _quot;Shares of Arctic Paper S.A._quot; or rights to them in thepossession of persons managing and supervising the Company". The sectionprovided by mistake did not include shares held by President of theManagement Board, Mr. Michał Jarczyński, and Member of the ManagementBoard, Mr. Tom Fabian Langenskiöld.

The correct number of shares held by the above-mentioned Members of theManagement Board is:

- President of the Management Board, Mr. Michał Jarczyński - 5,572shares,

- Member of the Management Board, Mr. Tom Fabian Langenskiöld - 900shares.

The Management Board informs that the remaining data included in thequarterly report have not changed.

At the same time, the Company informs that today, i.e. December 15,2023, it will publish corrected consolidated report for the thirdquarter of 2023.
