Subject:Announcementof force majeure in JSW

Body ofthe Report:

TheManagement Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["Company", "JSW"]reports that on 19 December 2023 it adopted a resolution on theoccurrence of force majeure in JSW and the notification of the Company'sbusiness partners of its occurrence and the ensuing consequences for theobligations affected by the operation of force majeure. The adoption ofthis decision is related to the occurrence of a fire in KWK Pniówek on 6December 2023.

As a resultof the analyses conducted, the impact of the event in 2024 has beenestimated at 350 thousand tons of reduction in the level of productionat KWK Pniówek.

The Companyreports that as at the date of preparing this report, it is not possibleto specify the fullimpactof the incident on the future prospects of the Company and of the JSWGroup. In the event of material changes stemming from the analysesconducted, JSW will provide information in the form of separate currentreports.
