Settlement of the issue of bonds series N

In relation to the following reports: no. 32/2023 of 17 November 2023and no. 34/2023 of 1 December 2023 the Management Board of Alior BankS.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) informs that on 20 December 2023 the issue of bonds seriesN with ISIN no. PLALIOR00268 (_quot;Bonds_quot;) issued by the Bank was settled.All the Bonds totaling PLN 450.000.000 (in words: four hundred fiftymillion) were taken up by the investors on the terms specified incurrent report no. 34/2023 of 1 December 2023.
