Subject: Acquisition of shares in subsidiary United Label S.A.

The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office inWarsaw, Poland (the "Company")

informs that on 29 December 2023, there was a settlement of thetransaction for the acquisition of

shares in the Company's subsidiary United Label S.A. carried out inaccordance with the terms of the

agreement for intermediation in the acquisition of shares, which wasconcluded with Trigon Dom

Maklerski S.A. with its registered office in Krakow, regarding which theCompany informed in current

report 19/2023 dated 19 May 2023.

As a result of the transaction, the Company acquired 28,779 (twentyeight thousand seven hundred

seventy nine) shares in subsidiary United Label S.A. which represents2.26% of the total number of

votes at the General Meeting of United Label S.A.

The Company's Management Board considered it reasonable to qualify thisinformation as confidential

within the meaning of the provisions of Article 17 (1) of the MARRegulation.
