Dismissal of the Supervisory Board member

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE", the"Company") discloses that on December 29, 2023 the Company receivedstatement in which the Minister of the State Assets (representative ofthe State Treasury) dismissed Mr. Zbigniew Gryglas from the SupervisoryBoard of PGE as of December 29, 2023. The statement was submittedpursuant to § 20 section 5 of the Company's Statutes that entitles theState Treasury to appoint and dismiss one member of the SupervisoryBoard by way of a written declaration submitted to the Management Boardof the Company.

Legal ground: § 5 p. 4 and § 9 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and on conditions under which suchinformation may be recognized as being equivalent to informationrequired by the regulations of law of a state which is not a memberstate (Dziennik Ustaw of 2018, item 757).
