The ManagementBoard of CIECH S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company"),in reference to the current report No. 67/2023 dated 22 November 2023hereby informs about the receipt on 4 January 2024, of informationregarding the removal on 4 January 2024 of the Company's shares fromtrading on the regulated market operated by Börse Frankfurt (the "FSE")(Einstellung mit Ablauf des 4. Januar 2024). The last day oftrading in the Company's shares on FSE was 4 January 2024.
