NOTIFICATION

"Sopharma" AD (the Company) notifies that on January 22, 2024 the Company will initiate the payment of the dividend for the 6 months of 2023 of 90 stotinki voted on the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on November 24, 2023.

The shareholders eligible for dividend are those registered in the book of shareholders 14 days after the date of the EGM on which the distribution of dividend was voted, i.e. December 08, 2023.

In accordance with the Regulations of the Central Depository, the dividend shall be paid out as follows: for shareholders with client accounts at an investment intermediary – through the respective investment intermediary, for shareholders with personal accounts at the "Central Depository" AD - through the branches of "Eurobank Bulgaria" AD /Postbank/ in the country.
