Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2024

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;PGE_quot;) hereby discloses the dates of publication of theCompany's periodic reports in 2024:

- Stand-alone annual report for 2023 and consolidated annual reportofthe PGE Capital Group for 2023 - March 19, 2024,

- Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2024 - May 21,2024,

- Consolidated half year report for the first half of 2024 - September10, 2024,

- Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2024 - November19, 2024.

In addition, the Management Board of PGE discloses that _quot;Consolidatedstatement of payments to the public administration for 2023_quot; will bepublished on March 19, 2024.

The Management Board of the Company also announces that, pursuant to §62 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and on conditions under which such information may berecognized as being equivalent to information required by theregulations of law of a state which is not a member state (DziennikUstaw of 2018, item 757) (the _quot;Regulation_quot;), the Company will notpublish separate stand-alone quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterlyreports of the PGE Capital Group will include quarterly financialinformation including information indicated in § 66 section 1-4, section5 first sentence and section 9 of the Regulation.

Moreover, the Management Board of the Company informs that the Companywill not publish consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of2023 and consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2024pursuant to § 79 section 2 of the Regulation. The Company also will notpublish separate stand-alone half year report for the first half of 2024pursuant to § 62 section 3 of the Regulation.

Legal ground: § 80 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and on conditions under which suchinformation may be recognized as being equivalent to informationrequired by the regulations of law of a state which is not a memberstate (Dziennik Ustaw of 2018, item 757).
