Was: The Annexed Remuneration due toG-Energy from PGNiG Technologie for the implementation of the Scope ofWorks by G-Energy will amount to net PLN 11,110,000.00 (in words: elevenmillion one hundred and ten thousand zlotys and 00/100) increased by VATcharged in accordance with applicable regulations, i.e. PLN 2,555,300(two million five hundred fifty-five thousand three hundred zlotys) intotal PLN 13,665,300 (thirteen million six hundred sixty-five thousandthree hundred zlotys) gross. Should: The Annexed Remuneration due toG-Energy from PGNiG Technologie for the implementation of the Scope ofWorks by G-Energy will amount to net PLN 11,345,253.83 (in words: elevenmillion three hundred forty-five thousand two hundred fifty-three zlotysand 83/100) increased by VAT charged in accordance with applicableregulations, i.e. PLN 2,609,408.38 (two million six hundred and ninethousand four hundred and eight zlotys and 38/100) in total PLN13,954,662.21 (thirteen million nine hundred and fifty-four thousand sixhundred and sixty-two zlotys and 21/100) gross. The company informs thatthe content of the report itself, apart from the above-mentioned changein the amount remains unchanged.
