(the _quot;Bank_quot;) informs that on 15January 2024 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange adoptedresolution no. 64/2024 on the suspension of trading of series P1B bonds,marked with the ISIN code PLALIOR00169 (_quot;Bonds_quot;) in the regulated marketon the Catalyst Market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The trading of the Bonds will be suspended from 18 January 2024, inconnection with the intention to redeem the Bonds early, which the Bankannounced in the current report no. 1/2024 on 10 January 2024.
