(the _quot;Bank_quot;) informs that on 16January 2024 the Management Board of BondSpot S.A. adopted resolutionno. 8/24 on the suspension of trading of series F bonds, marked with theISIN code PLALIOR00094 (_quot;Bonds_quot;) in the alternative trading system onthe Catalyst Market operated by the BondSpot S.A.

The trading of the Bonds will be suspended from 18 January 2024, inconnection with the intention to redeem the Bonds early, which the Bankannounced in the current report no. 2/2024 on 10 January 2024.
