Title: Dates of publication of the periodic reports in 2024.

Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering - currentand financial reports

Content of the Report:

The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the "Issuer") announces that in 2024the Issuer's financial reports will be published on the following dates:

- annual consolidated and standalone report for 2023 - on 25 April 2024;

- consolidated report for Q1 2024 - on 22 May 2024;

- consolidated half-yearly report for H1 2024 - on 19 September 2024;

- consolidated report for Q3 2024 - on 21 November 2024.

At the same time, the Issuer informs that the Issuer will not publishquarterly reports or consolidated quarterly reports for Q4 2023 and Q22024.

Moreover, the Issuer informs that the consolidated quarterly andhalf-yearly reports will contain quarterly and half-yearly,respectively, condensed standalone financial statements.
