Subject: Cancellation of the General Meeting convened for January 24,2024.

Legal basis: Art. 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act on Offering - current andperiodic information

The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE with its registered office inWarsaw (_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;), with reference to current report No.26/2023 of December 15, 2023, hereby informs about the cancellation, fororganizational reasons, of the General Meeting convened for January 2024at 10:15 at the Notary's Office Bartosz Walenda based in Warsaw (01-029)at Dzielna 72/43 street.

Justifying the need to cancel the General Meeting, the Company indicatesthat, according to information received from the National Depository forSecurities S.A. a list of persons entitled to participate in the GeneralMeeting, which shows that participation in the General Meeting wasregistered only by a shareholder representing 0.88% of the total numberof votes in the Company, the shareholders would be represented at theGeneral Meeting in an insufficient number due to the importance of thematters on the agenda proceedings of the General Meeting. In the opinionof the Management Board, the above constitutes an extraordinary obstacleto holding the General Meeting.

At the same time, the Company's Management Board informs that the newdate of the General Meeting will be set immediately and the announcementof convening the General Meeting will be made public in accordance withthe applicable legal provisions.
