Dates of publication of periodic reports in the financial year 2024

Huuuge, Inc. (the "Issuer"), hereby announces the dates of publicationof periodic reports in the financial year 2024:

The annual report and consolidated annual report for the year 2023 - 14March 2024

The consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2024 - 30 May2024_#160;

The consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2024 - 5September 2024

The consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2024 - 21November 2024

At the same time, the Issuer announces that in accordance with article79 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state (the "Regulation"), theCompany will not publish quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of2023 and for the second quarter of 2024.

In accordance with article 62 section 1 and article 62 section 3 of theRegulation, the Issuer informs that the consolidated quarterly andsemi-annual reports will include quarterly and semi-annual condensedstandalone financial statements, respectively. Thus, the Issuer will notpublish separate standalone quarterly reports and a separate standalonesemi-annual report.
