Subject: Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2024

Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on Offering - currentand periodic information

The Management Board of Energa SA (_quot;Company_quot;) announces the publicationdates of Energa Capital Group's periodic reports in 2024:

1. Consolidated quarterly reports:

- Quarterly report for the first quarter of 2024 - 23 May 2024,

- Quarterly report for the third quarter of 2024 - 14 November 2024.

2. The consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2024containing the Company's condensed half-year standalone financialstatements - 22 August 2024.3. Annual reports:

- Standalone annual report for 2023 - 25 April 2024.

- Consolidated annual report for 2023 - 25 April 2024.

At the same time the Company announces that, pursuant to § 62 section 1of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 oncurrent and periodic information published by issuers of securities andon conditions under which such information may be recognized as beingequivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a statewhich is not a member state ("Regulation"), it will not publish separatestand-alone quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports of theEnerga Capital Group will include condensed consolidated quarterlyfinancial statements and quarterly financial information.

Moreover, the Company informs that, pursuant to § 79 section 2 of theRegulation, it will not publish consolidated quarterly reports for thefourth quarter of 2023 and the second quarter of 2024. The Company willnot publish a separate stand-alone half year report pursuant to § 62section 3 of the Regulation, either.
