Submission of candidates for Supervisory Board Member by a shareholder -the State Treasury

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE", the_quot;Company_quot;) announces that on January 29, 2024 the Company received anotification from a shareholder - the State Treasury - on the submissionof candidates to the PGE Supervisory Board, in connection with theconvening of the January 31, 2024 of the Extraordinary General Meetingof the Company (the _quot;EGM_quot;) (Current Reports no. 45/2023 and 46/2023).

The shareholder - the State Treasury - hereby submits the followingcandidates:

Ms Elżbieta Niebisz,

Mr Eryk Kosiński,

Ms Małgorzata Banasik,

Mr Andrzej Rzońca,

Mr Sławomir Patyra,

Mr Andrzej Sadkowski,

Mr Andrzej Kozyra.

At the same time, the Company is enclosing information on candidates'professional CVs, educational background and qualifications to enablethe Company's Shareholders to familiarise themselves with suchinformation prior to the EGM.
