Subject:Full repayment of the loan in PKO BP S.A.TheManagement Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw(the "Company") informs that the Company repaid in full themulti-purpose credit granted to the Company by Powszechna KasaOszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office inWarsaw. The subject of the loan agreement was granting the Company amulti-purpose credit limit up to the amount of PLN 29,000,000.00 PLN(twenty nine million zlotys) for the period from 29 April 2022 to 31January 2024 r. The Company's Management Board announced the conclusionof the aforementioned loan agreement and the annex thereto in currentreport No. 9/2022, dated 29 April 2022, and current report No. 38/2023,dated 31 October 2023. The Company's Management Board considered itreasonable to qualify this information as confidential within themeaning of the provisions of Article 17 (1) of the MAR Regulation.
