Acting on behalf of Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, with its registered office in Warsaw, 12 Topiel Street, 00-342 Warsaw, (the "Fund"), represented by Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., in connection with the Extraordinary General Meeting of ORLEN S.A. (the "Company") convened for February, 6th 2024, we would like to propose the candidacy of Mr. Jan Wozniak as an independent member of the Company's Supervisory Board.

According to the statements submitted to us, Mr. Jan Wozniak agreed to candidate to the Company's Supervisory Board.

Mr. Jan Wozniak's professional experience and professionalism allow us to conclude that he is a candidate who can bring a lot of value to the Company, guaranteeing the proper performance of the duties of independent members of the Supervisory Board.

In addition, we kindly request that information about the candidacy for an independent member of the Company's Supervisory Board be communicated to the public by a regulatory announcement and placed on the Company's website.
