Dr. Iwona Sroka

Since 2018, Member of the Management Board responsible for marketing, PR&IR, ESG of the Murapol Group, a nationwide housing developer, a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, with the global fund Ares Management Corporation as the majority investor.

In 2009-2017, president of the management board and CEO of the National Depository for Securities and the clearing house KDPW_CCP - the main post-trading institutions on the Polish capital market.

In 2000-2009, director of information and promotion at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Assistant professor at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw.

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where she obtained a PhD in economics.

lwona Sroka has extensive and comprehensive business experience in management, marketing communications, capital and financial markets, and academic studies.

Moreover, she has experience in many advisory bodies, including participation as a member of the Council for the Development of the Financial Market at the Minister of Finance and the Payment System Council at the National Bank of Poland, and the Board of Directors of the European Association of Central Securities Depositories. Currently, she is a member of the Social Dialogue Council (and previously the Tripartite Commission) - as a representative of the employers' side and vice-president, and then a member of the Council of Employers of the Republic of Poland.

In 2017-2022, she was a member of the supervisory board of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS). In 2017-2018, member of the supervisory board of the Skarbiec TFI and Skarbiec Holding investment funds.

In 2020-2021, she participated in the creation by a team of experts with the support of the Polish Institute of Directors Foundation of the Good Practices of the Audit Committee (DPKA), prepared to support the activities of audit committees and strengthen corporate supervision in listed companies.
