Signing of an annex to the syndicated loan
With reference to the current report no. 7/2023 dated March 2, 2023, theManagement Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. informs that anannex to the revolving loan (the "Loan") agreement was signed onFebruary 6, 2024. As a result of the annex China Construction Bank(Europe) S.A. with its seat in Luxembourg, operating in Poland through abranch China Construction Bank (Europe) S.A. (Spółka Akcyjna) Branch inPoland, has joined the agreement and Bank of China (Europe) S.A. withits seat in Luxembourg, operating in Poland through its branch Bank ofChina (Europe) S.A. (Spółka Akcyjna) Branch in Poland (the existinglender), has increased its commitment. Thus, the amount of the Loan wasincreased from PLN 2 330 million to PLN 3 150 million.
The purpose and the terms of the Loan remain unchanged.
