Recall of the Members of the Management Board and delegation of theSupervisory Board Members to temporarily perform the duties of theManagement Board Members

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the"Company", "PGE") discloses that on February 7, 2024 the PGE'sSupervisory Board adopted resolutions to recall from the ManagementBoard of the Company:

- Mr Wojciech Dąbrowski, President of the Management Board,

- Ms Wanda Buk, Vice-President for Regulatory Affairs,

- Mr Rafał Włodarski, Vice-President for Support and Development.

Moreover, the Supervisory Board of the Company on February 7, 2024adopted resolutions to delegate Supervisory Board Members:

- Mr Eryk Kosiński to temporarily perform the duties of the Member ofthe Management Board of the Company for the 3-month period and toentrust him the duties of the President of the Management Board of theCompany,

- Ms Małgorzata Banasik to temporarily perform the duties of the Memberof the Management Board of the Company for the 3-month period.

Biographical notes and required statements of Mr Eryk Kosiński and MsMałgorzata Banasik were submitted by the Company in the current reportno. 7/2024 of January 31, 2024.
