The Management Board of XTPL S.A., headquartered in Wrocław, Poland (the_quot;Company_quot;), in reference to the Company's current report No. 2/2024dated January 15, 2024, informs that on February 7, 2024, KrajowyDepozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (National Depository for SecuritiesS.A.) (_quot;KDPW_quot;) issued an announcement that the date of registration inthe securities depository of 45,655 series U bearer common shares of theCompany (_quot;Shares_quot;) was set for February 9, 2024, in connection with thederegistration on that date of the Company's series A convertible bondscoded PLO228300011, from which the right to acquire Shares was exercised.

On February 9, 2024, the Shares will be registered with KDPW under ISIN:PLXTPL000059.

The Management Board of the Company announces that the Company willimmediately apply for the admission and introduction of the Shares totrading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange,as well as an application to the KDPW for the assimilation of the Sharesand their registration under the ISIN code appropriate for the remainingshares of the Company, i.e.: PLXTPL000018.
