Pursuant to art. 5, item 4 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognising as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state, the Management Board ofOrange Polska S.A. ("Orange Polska") informs about the expiry of themandate as a result of the death of a Member of the Supervisory Board.

With deep regrets the Management of Orange Polska informs that on 11February 2024 it learnt that Ms. Wioletta Rosołowska, Independent Memberof Orange Polska Supervisory Board, had passed away on 9 February 2024.

In connection with the above, as of the 9 February 2024, the mandate ofMs. Wioletta Rosołowska in the Orange Polska Supervisory Board expired.
