Zbigniew Bryja

Completed the Mining Faculty of Wrocław University of Science and Technology with a specialty in deposit mining technology. Served as the Chief Engineer of the Faculty of Rockmass Mechanics and Support at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, production preparation director, mine executive director, general director for mining and general director for investments and development in KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., and President of the Management Board of PAK Górnictwo sp. z o.o. He is the author or co-author of numerous articles or publications in areas in which he specializes.

Aleksander Cieśliński

Professor in the Department of International and European Law of Wrocław University. He is an academic-teaching employee of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of Wrocław University. He has experience in developing legal and expert opinions in the area of EU and international law, as well as experience in conducting trade negotiations with foreign entities. He is the author of academic publications, among others in the area of commonwealth and economic law.

Zbysław Dobrowolski

Professor at Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Ph.D in Economics: economics and corporate organisation, with the status of habilitated doctor in the areas of management and quality. Has more than 30 years of experience in research and the evaluation of enterprises involving public property, including resulting from more than 25 years of work at the Supreme Audit Office. Engaged in internal auditing activities. Author of numerous scientific publications on controlling, auditing and corporate governance. Expert in many international programs, including those financed by INTOSAI, OECD, EU. A speaker during the OSCE conference.

Dominik Januszewski

An experienced manager, an expert in the areas of management and finance. For more than 25 years he worked in the companies Ernst&Young and Arthur Andersen. In the years 2005-2019 he was a Partner in Ernst&Young responsible for projects involving business consultancy, transactional consultancy and privatisation, as well as the auditing of financial statements. As a Partner he managed a team of over 200 consultants. His clients included the largest financial institutions in Poland. Currently he is responsible for a strategic consulting team at JLL involved in developing and implementing an ESG strategy as well as a strategy to optimize the energy aspects of companies. Dominik Januszewski is a Polish Certified Auditor, and has taken numerous professional courses in the areas of auditing, consultancy and management. In 2022 he received a Certificate from the University of Cambridge: "Business Sustainability Management". He is a graduate of the University of Łódź, Faculty of Economics-Sociology, specializing in Finance and Banking.

Tadeusz Kocowski

He holds the status of habilitated doctor of law, associate professor of the Department of Economics Law of the Faculty of Management, IT and Finance, and of the Institute of Administrative Studies of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of Wrocław University.

He worked in the Department of Economic Law of the Faculty of Management, IT and Finance Section of Oskar Lange Academy of Economics in Wrocław. He served in the function of director of the Institute of Administrative Studies of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of Wrocław University, and was also head of the Economic and Public Law Unit in this Institute. He was an advisor in the Economic Development Section of the Voivodeship Office in Wrocław. He is the author or co-author of around 200 academic publications, above all in the area of Public Economic Law. He is an arbitrator in the Wrocław Centre of Arbitration at the District Barristers Council in Wrocław.

Marian Noga

Professor of economic studies, he served as the rector of Wrocław University of Economics and Business and as the Dean of the Faculty of National Economics of this same University. He was a Senator of the 4th and 5th terms of the Republic of Poland. He was a member of the Monetary Policy Council in the years 2004 – 2010. In 2010 he received the honorary award "In service to banking in the Republic of Poland". Author of 34 monographs and more than 170 academic articles published in Poland, Germany, Ukraine and the United Kingdom.

Piotr Prugar

Legal counsel, with experience in the area of management of economic entities in connection with fulfilling the function of receiver, liquidator and proxy for company management boards.
