Proposal of candidates to the Supervisory Board of the Company by ashareholder

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. ("the Company") announcesthat on 12 February 2024 the Company received information from theshareholder - the State Treasury, that the following persons will beproposed as candidates to the Supervisory Board of the Company at theExtraordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. on 13 February2024:

• Zbigniew Bryja

• Aleksander Cieśliński

• Zbysław Dobrowolski

• Dominik Januszewski

• Tadeusz Kocowski

• Marian Noga

• Piotr Prugar

Moreover, the Company hereby provides attached the candidates' curriculavitae in order to enable the shareholders to familiarize themselves withthem before the Extraordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.
