Changes in the composition of the Management Board of KGHM Polska MiedźS.A.
The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. ("the Company") announcesthat on 13 February 2024 the Supervisory Board of the Company adoptedresolutions on dismissal of the following persons from the 11th termManagement Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.:
• Tomasz Zdzikot, President of the Management Board of KGHM Polska MiedźS.A.,
• Mateusz Wodejko, Vice President of the Management Board (Finance) ofKGHM Polska Miedź S.A.,
• Marek Pietrzak, Vice President of the Management Board (CorporateAffairs).
Moreover, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution ondelegation of Zbigniew Bryja - a member of the Supervisory Board, totemporarily carry out the duties of the President of the ManagementBoard of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., the Vice President of the ManagementBoard (Finance) of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., the Vice President of theManagement Board (Corporate Affairs) of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and VicePresident of the Management Board (Development) of KGHM Polska MiedźS.A. for the period from 13 February 2024 to the date of results of thequalification proceedings for the positions of President of theManagement Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and at least one of the VicePresidents of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., but notlonger than for a period of three months.
Information on the appointed Member of the Management Board, as requiredby the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 regardingcurrent and periodic information published by issuers of securities andconditions for recognising as equivalent information required by thelaws of a non-member state, the Company will provide at a later date inthe form of an individual current report.
Legal basis: § 5 point 4 and 5 of the Decree of the Minister of Financedated 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information publishedby issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalentinformation required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Lawsof 2018, item 757).
