Members of the Arrangement, based on Article 87 (3) and (1) (5) and (6) in conjunction with Article 69 Paragraph 1(1) of the Act of July 29, 2005 on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments into the organized trading system and on public companies (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), I hereby notify of the conclusion on February 21, 2024 of an agreement on to acquire shares in the company under the name Carlson Investments SE with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), to vote in unison at the Company's General Meetings and to pursue a common policy towards the

Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement").

Members of the Arrangement explain that they do not rule out further increases or decreases in their share of the total number of votes of the Company within 12 months from the date of submission of this notice in order to strengthen the their common position in the Company's shareholding structure. At the same time, the members of the Arrangement also do not rule out reorganizing the assets they hold, in particular by transferring ownership of some or all of the Company's shares to their subsidiaries within the meaning of the Act or other closely related entities within the meaning of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments of July 29, 2005. In addition, I would like to inform you that there are no subsidiaries of the Members of the Arrangement who hold shares in the Company, or persons referred to in Article 87 (1) (3) (c) of the Act. " Legal basis:

Article 70(1) of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies.
