Subject: Dismissal of the Vice President of the Management Board of CIGAMES SE

The Management Board of CI Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw("Company"), hereby informs that on 21 February 2024 the SupervisoryBoard of the Company adopted resolution to dismiss Vice President of theManagement Board Mr. David Broderick from the Management Board of theCompany as of 21 February 2024. The reasons for the dismissal were notdisclosed.

The detailed legal basis § 9 in association with § 5 clause 4 of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29th, 2018 on current andperiodical information provided by issuers of securities and the termsand conditions for information required by legal provisions of anon-member state recognized as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018 item757).
