Report Content Settlement of the series R bonds issue
In reference to the following reports: no. 19/2025 of May 12, 2025, andno. 23/2025 of May 28, 2025, the Management Board of Alior Bank S.A.("Bank") informs that on June 17, 2025, the issue of series R bonds withthe ISIN no. PLALIOR00326 ("Bonds") issued by the Bank was settled. Allthe Bonds totaling PLN 400.000.000 (in words: four hundred million) weretaken up by the investors on the terms specified in current report no.23/2025 of May 28, 2025.
