The ManagementBoard of Ciech S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company"),in reference to the current report No. 69/2023 dated 24 November 2023hereby informs that following the Company's application to the PolishFinancial Supervision Authority (the _quot;FSA_quot;) for permissionto withdraw the Company's shares from trading on the regulated marketoperated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. (the _quot;WSE_quot;)pursuant to Article 91 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering,Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments toOrganised Trading and Public Companies, on 28 February 2024, the Companyreceived the FSA's decision dated 26 February 2024 to grant permissionto withdraw the Company's shares from trading on the regulated marketoperated by the WSE as of 6 March 2024 (the _quot;Decision_quot;).

In view of theabove, on 28 February 2024, the Company filed with the FSA a declarationwaiving its right to file an application for reconsideration of the caseconcluded with the Decision, as a result of which the Decision hasbecome final and legally binding and is enforceable.

In addition, on28 February 2024 the Company filed an application with the WSE toexclude from trading on the regulated market of the WSE as of 6 March2024 all shares of the Company covered by the Decision, i.e. 52,699,909shares of the Company, registered and marked in the National Depositoryfor Securities S.A. (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.)with the ISIN code: PLCIECH00018.Legalbasis:Article17.1 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU)No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on Market Abuse (the Market AbuseRegulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliamentand of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/ECand 2004/72/EC (Official Journal of the European Union L No. 173, p. 1).
