Termination of delegation of the Supervisory Board Members totemporarily perform the duties of the Management Board Members

With reference to the current report no. 10/2024 of February 7, 2024 theManagement Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the _quot;Company_quot;,_quot;PGE_quot;) discloses that on March 6, 2024 the Company's

Supervisory Board adopted resolutions to:

- terminate as of March 17, 2024 delegation of Mr Eryk Kosiński,Supervisory Board Member, to temporarily perform the duties of theMember of the Management Board of PGE acting as the President of theManagement Board of PGE,

- terminate as of March 8, 2024 delegation of Ms Małgorzata Banasik,Supervisory Board Member, to temporarily perform the duties of theMember of the Management Board of PGE.
