Mr Dariusz Marzec

Mr Dariusz Marzec graduated from Warsaw University, holds MA in Organisation and Management.

In years 2013-2016 he was associated with PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. holding a position of Vice-President for Development. Among others, he was responsible for the preparation and supervision of the implementation of the PGE Group Development Strategy for years 2014-2020 and the PGE Group Investment Programme. In addition, he held a position of a Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A., PGE Energia Odnawialna S.A. and PGE EJ1 Sp. z. o.o., as well as a Member of the Management Board of the Polish Electricity Committee.

In years 2009-2013 he worked in KPMG Advisory Sp. z o.o. as a Director responsible for Energy area in Middle and Eastern Europe and company's financial and strategy advisory services for energy companies in Poland. He completed and supervised series of transactions and projects in the electroenergy sector. Earlier, in years 2005-2007, he was a Vice-President for Investments in Unipetrol a.s. (Czech Republic) responsible for preparation and implementation of investment strategy and organizational restructuring and supervision of M&A projects in the group. In years 2004-2005 Mr Dariusz Marzec was a Under-secretary of State in the Ministry of Treasury in the government of Mr Marek Belka. In years 1995-2004 he held managerial positions in international advisory companies Pricewaterhouse Coopers (2001-2004 and 1995-2000) and Arthur Andersen Poland (2000-2001). In years 2019-2024 a member of the Management Board for the Economic affairs in Tramwaje Warszawskie Sp. z o.o.

Mr Dariusz Marzec has stated that as at the date of his appointment to the Management Board his activities outside PGE will not be competitive in relation to activities of the Company and that he will not be participating in a competitive company as a partner in a partnership, in a civil partnership or as a member of body of a capital association, and he will not be participating in other competitive legal person as a member of its body.

Mr Dariusz Marzec has also stated that he is not registered in Register of Insolvent Debtors, being kept on the ground of Act on National Court Register dated August 20, 1997 (Dziennik Ustaw of 2019, item 1500 as amended).

Mr Marcin Laskowski

Mr Marcin Laskowski has been preparing and implementing projects in the area of renewable energy sources for several years within Polska Grupa Biogazowa (Polish Biogas Group), which is now part of the French company Total Energies. In Polska Grupa Biogazowa he is President of PGB Inwestycje Sp. z o.o., SPV and Vice-President of PGB Serwis Sp. z o.o.. As Vice-President of the Polish Economic Chamber of Renewable and Distributed Energy (PIGEOR), he is engaged in the development of legal regulations aimed at the development of energy, including RES.

For a number of years he was responsible, as Director of the Investment Department of Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne (Polish Transmission Grid Operator), for the development of the national transmission network, including taking an active part in the creation of legal regulations dedicated to the power industry. He was responsible, among others, for the power project Poland-Lithuania cofinanced with EU funds and the construction and expansion of the transmission grid for EURO 2012.

Graduate of Warsaw University of Technology and MBA Executive, certified Project Manager by the International Project Management Association. He has specialised in energy infrastructure development for 24 years.
