Content of the report: The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;)hereby informs that on March 7, 2024 Mr. Filip Majdowski, resigned fromthe position of member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank and allrelated functions, i.e. chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Bankand committees of the Supervisory Board of the Bank, effective March 8,2024 (for clarity, including this day).
The Management Board of the Bank would like to express theirappreciation to Mr. Filip Majdowski for his contribution and commitmentto work for the Bank.
