The Management Board of ManyDev Studio S.E. with its registered officein Warsaw (_quot;Company_quot;), with reference to current report No. 14/2024 ofMarch 25, 2024 and its correction No. 14/2024/K of March 25, 2024,hereby informs that as of today, i.e. On March 26, 2024, the Companyreceived notice of the resignation of Mr. Piotr Adamik from running foroffice and his appointment as a member of the Company's SupervisoryBoard (about which candidacy the Company initially informed about in theabove-mentioned report No. 14/2024 of March 25, 2024 and its correctionno. 14/2024 /K of March 25, 2024). The resignation declaration did notprovide the reason(s) for the resignation.
