Information on quarterly sales bookings

Huuuge, Inc. (the "Issuer"), hereby announces the estimated consolidatedrevenue excluding deferred revenue (bookings) in the first quarter of2024.

Sales bookings amounted to USD 66.9 million, which constitutes approx.6% decrease year to year, i.e., compared to the first quarter of 2023and approx. 6% decrease compared to the fourth quarter of 2023.

At the same time, the Issuer announces that this report contains onlypreliminary data, which may differ from the final data to be publishedin the report for the first quarter of 2024.
