The Norwegian Armed Forces' selection of Ayfie's AI technology represents a watershed moment for the company's strategic partnership with Deloitte. The Armed Forces, working with Deloitte, chose Ayfie to develop an AI-powered leadership support tool that analyzes employee surveys and provides strategic recommendations. The solution has generated 1 300 reports for line managers and increased leadership engagement with survey data from 50% to 75%.

The solution combines global transport trends with Ruter's specific needs, demonstrating AI's evolution from operational tool to strategic advisor.

The partnership has also delivered solutions for the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Norwegian Retailers' Environment Fund, and the Norwegian Media Authority, each benefiting from the security-first approach validated by the Armed Forces selection.
