Mr. Ryszard Janta

Manager with many years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry. He managed joint-stock companies and chaired Supervisory Boards, and determined the companies development directions. He specializes in defining strategies for manufacturing companies, process optimization, risk management, investment profitability evaluation and restructuring. PhD in economics, author and co-author of numerous publications on the capital market and insurance, long-time lecturer at the University of Economics in Katowice. Graduate of the University of Silesia in mathematics. Participant of numerous courses, workshops and training programs, co-organizer of an international scientific conference.

Mr. Remigiusz Krzyżanowski

He graduated with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Finance and Banking specializing in Finance and Investment from the University of Economics in Katowice. He studied MBA Strategic Management at Oxford Brookes University, The Polish Open University in Kraków. He completed a brokerage course at the Warsaw Stock Exchange and postgraduate studies at the Wrocław School of Banking and obtained a Level II EFC - European Financial Consultant license, at the European Federation of Financial Professionals.

He graduated from the Mining Technical School at the Mining and Electrical School Complex in Jastrzębie-Zdrój with the title of machine technician specializing in the operation of underground mining machinery and equipment.

He has been running his own business for more than 22 years executing, among other things, business consulting contracts. He has been professionally involved in the finance and insurance industry since 2007. From 2017 to 2023, he served as a management board member of financial industry startups. He specializes in raising capital for investment purposes.

He has many years of managerial, coaching and mentoring experience.

He has completed numerous courses and specialized training programs intime management, motivation, self-discipline, NLP techniques, negotiation and sales, among others.

Mr. Jarosław Kluczniok

Jarosław Kluczniok is an experienced manager and business expert with significant experience gained mainly in the international business environment while working for companies with an established market position and history. His management and market experience includes countries in Central and Eastern Europe and Africa.

His business activities to date have spanned various sectors, such as energy, mining, oil and gas, chemicals and commodity logistics. With strong financial acumen and operational expertise, he consistently achieved balanced short- and long-term goals, creating significant shareholder value.

He holds a Master's degree from the Higher School of Business National-Louis University in Nowy Sącz and a Bachelor's degree from National Louis University in Chicago. He was also a fellow in the International Business Marketing Program at Dalarna University in Sweden. In addition, he is a graduate of the LOT Polish Airlines Pilot Academy.

Privately, a lover of winter sports and civil aviation.
