With reference to current reports no.: 10/2022, 18/2022, 21/2022,2/2023, 4/2023 and 8/2024, the Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE(_quot;Company_quot;) hereby informs that on April 22, 2024 . The Company wasserved with a copy of the cassation complaint filed by the PolishFinancial Supervision Authority against the judgment of the ProvincialAdministrative Court in Warsaw of January 31, 2024 in case no. VI SA/Wa3325/23 repealing the decision of the Polish Financial SupervisionAuthority of January 30, 2023 (reference number:DPS-DPSZPO.456.31.2022.JP) challenged by the Company regarding failureto meet the deadline for filing an appeal (submitting an application forreconsideration of the case concluded with an administrative decisionissued by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on August 26, 2022,reference number DPS-DPSZPO.456.9.2022.MGB).
