After the receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals, on 25 April 2024, MOL Vagyonkezelő Kft., a subsidiary of MOL, acquired 2,654,061 "A" series ordinary shares in Waberer`s International Nyrt., representing a 15.00% ownership interest.
