Management Board with its registered office inWarsaw (_quot;Company_quot;), hereby informs about the change of the date ofpublication of the annual report for 2023, the publication of which, inaccordance with the information contained in current report No. 1/2024of January 11, 2024, current report No. 24/2024 dated April 10, 2024,current report No. 25/2024 dated April 19, 2024, and current report No.27/2024 dated April 24, 2024 was to take place on April 29, 2024

The annual report for 2023 will be made public on April 30, 2024.

§ 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29,2018 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers ofsecurities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state.
