The Management Board of ManyDev Studio S.E. based in Warsaw (_quot;Company_quot;),hereby informs that on April 30, 2024, the Company's Supervisory Boardadopted a resolution appointing Mrs. Katarzynie Jamróz to the Company'sManagement Board, entrusting her with the function of President of theManagement Board.

Mrs. Katarzyna Jamróz is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtorskept pursuant to the Act of August 20, 1997 on the National CourtRegister and, according to the declaration, he does not conduct anyactivity competitive to ManyDev Studio SE, he is not a partner in acompany competitive to the Company, nor a member of a governing body ofa competitive capital company. , or any other legal entity competitiveto the Issuer.
