Subject Information on the suspension of trading in the Company's shares

The Management Board of Manydev Studio SE with its registered office inWarsaw (hereinafter referred to as the _quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;) informs thaton May 6, 2024, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A.decided to with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred toas _quot;GPW_quot;), resolution No. 567/2024 of May 6, 2024 on the suspension oftrading on the WSE Main Market in the Company's shares (hereinafterreferred to as _quot;Resolution_quot;) marked with the code _quot;PLADDRG00015_quot;.

In accordance with the Resolution, pursuant to Art. 20 section 2 of theAct of July 29, 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments, in connectionwith the request submitted by the Polish Financial SupervisionAuthority, the Management Board of the WSE decided to suspend trading inthe Company's shares, and this Resolution comes into force on the day ofits adoption.
