Lifting of Suspension in Trading

Pod Point Group Holdings PLC, a leading provider of Electric Vehicle ("EV") charging solutions in the UK, is pleased to announce that, following the publication of its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 and subsequent upload to the National Storage Mechanism, the Company requested the restoration of the Company's listing on the Official List and The Main Market.  This has taken place today at 7:30 a.m.
