Estimatedconsolidated financial results of the JSW Group for Q1 2024:

-sales revenues: PLN3,414.8 million,

- grossprofit on sales: PLN 298.1 million,

-operating profit plus depreciation and amortization (EBITDA): PLN 532.1million,

- netloss: PLN 9.7 million.

Thefinancial results presented are estimates obtained in the preparation ofthe interim Q1 2024 consolidated financial statements and are subject tochange. The final financial results for Q1 2024 will be presented indetail in the Consolidated Quarterly Report for Q1 2024, scheduled forpublication on 21 May 2024.
