Novem Group S.A.: Suspension of dividend

Luxembourg, 16 June 2025 – The Management Board of Novem Group S.A., in agreement with the Supervisory Board of the Company, will propose to the Annual General Meeting on 21 August 2025 not to distribute a dividend for the financial year 2024/25.

The suggestion is founded on the frail market development, marked by uncertainties further amplified by the inconsistency in the US tariff discussions. Suspending the dividend is anticipated to help cope with this demanding landscape and bridge the gap to a more stable setting.
