# EXTENSION OF OFFER PERIOD FOR THE UNREGULATED RECOMMENDED VOLUNTARY CASH OFFER OF NOK 0.95 PER SHARE IN VOW GREEN METALS AS

Reference is made to the unregulated recommended voluntary cash offer to acquire all issued and outstanding shares in Vow Green Metals AS (the "Company" or "VGM") except for shares owned by the Rollover Shareholders (as defined in the offer document dated 19 May 2025 (the "Offer Document")) by Midas Industri AS (the "Offeror") at NOK 0.95 per share, as further set out in the Offer Document (the "Offer"), and the stock exchange announcement published on 19 May 2025 regarding commencement of the period where shareholders may accept the Offer (the "Offer Period") subject to the terms and conditions in the Offer Document. The board of VGM has unanimously recommended that all shareholders accept the Offer, which is also pre-accepted by shareholders (including Rollover Shareholders) holding ~67% of the shares.  

  

The Offer Period expires at 16:30 (CEST) today, 16 June 2025. Pursuant to Section 2.6 of the Offer Document, the Offeror hereby announces an extension of the Offer Period to 16:30 (CEST) 23 June 2025. Acceptances of the Offer already received will remain binding and there is no need for shareholders that have already accepted the Offer to take any further action to confirm their acceptances.  

  

The Offeror will provide an update on the status of received acceptances of the Offer in a separate stock exchange announcement which will be published in due course.  

  

Shareholders who want to accept the Offer must, prior to expiry of the Offer Period and in accordance with the procedures set out in the Offer Document, duly complete and return the acceptance form which is included in the Offer Document. The Offer Document is available on the receiving agent's webpage (subject to regulatory restrictions in certain jurisdictions):

Shareholders who own shares registered in the name of brokers, banks, investment companies or other nominees, must contact such persons to accept the Offer.  

  

The Offer may only be accepted on the basis of the Offer Document. All terms and conditions of the Offer as set out in the Offer Document (other than the extension of the Offer Period pursuant to this announcement) remain unchanged. The Offeror maintains and reserves its right to further extend the Offer Period on the terms and conditions set out in the Offer Document.
