PRESS RELEASE NEW MANAGERIAL APPOINTMENTS IN THE AEFFE GROUP
• Appointment of a new Group CFO who also takes on the roles of Executive Responsible for preparing the Company's accounting documentation and Investor Relator.
San Giovanni in Marignano, June 16, 2025. The Board of Directors of Aeffe S.p.A. — a luxury company listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of the Euronext Milan market of Borsa Italiana, operating in the prêt-à-porter, footwear, and leather goods sectors with international brands including Alberta Ferretti, Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini, Moschino, and Pollini — announces the appointment of a new Strategic Manager within the Group, Mr. Rocco Bennici.
Mr. Bennici has assumed the role of Group Chief Financial Officer and, as of today, has been appointed Executive Responsible for preparing the Company's accounting documentation as well as Investor Relator of the Company. These roles were previously held by Mr. Matteo Scarpellini, who has resigned in order to pursue new professional opportunities.
Mr. Bennici has many years of experience in the finance sector, particularly in the areas of administration, finance and control. He has held various managerial positions in listed groups such as Saipem and Fincantieri, as well as in fashion industry groups like OTB.
The appointment was made in compliance with the professional requirements set out by the Company's bylaws and applicable law.
Mr. Bennici holds 8,500 shares of Aeffe S.p.A., whereas Mr. Scarpellini does not hold any shares in the Company.
