## **Eltel AB (publ) announces expiration date for tender offer and initiation of book building process for new senior secured floating rate bonds**

**On 10 June 2025, Eltel AB (publ) (the "Company") announced that in conjunction with an intended issue of new EUR denominated senior secured floating rate bonds (the "New Bonds"), it was offering holders of the Company's existing sustainability-linked capital securities with ISIN SE0019914250 (the "Existing Hybrid Bonds") to tender any and all of their Existing Hybrid Bonds for purchase by the Company for cash at a price of 106.50% (plus accrued but unpaid interest) subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the tender information document dated 10 June 2025 (the "Tender Information Document") (the "Tender Offer" and together with the New Bonds, the "Transaction").**

The Issuer hereby announces that the joint bookrunners mandated for the Transaction today will initiate the book-building process for the New Bonds which also is expected to close the same day (being 16 June 2025) (the "**Final Subscription Date**"). In accordance with the Tender Information Document, the Tender Offer will expire in connection with the close of the book building process for the New Bonds and hence on the Final Subscription Date. The settlement of the Tender Offer is expected to occur five (5) business days following the Final Subscription Date and to the extent possible in connection with the settlement of the New Bonds. The Tender Offer remains subject to the successful issuance of New Bonds and the terms and conditions described in the Tender Information Document.
